@1plus1plus1plus1plus1plus1plus ’ identity for Milan tapas spot @__balay is built around the Ilocano word for home, with branding, uniforms and monthly music selection treated as one continuous system.⁠ ⁠ Three typefaces are used in the identity: Pitch by Klim Type Foundry for menu items and functional copy, Serial A by DUM DUM Studio for menus with a nod to Filipino vernacular signage, and Clarendon Graphic Stencil by Optimo layered over other text for emphasis. The contrast between them reinforces a sense of comfortable domestic messiness, like a home library that keeps evolving but remains the same place. Oneplus curated the visual identity and book design of “Dove Non Si Muore Mai”. 💀 “Dove Non Si Muore Mai is a multidisciplinary book project developed by @southmanifesto and @ipogeodeicristallini . It uses the ancient Ipogeo dei Cristallini in Napoli’s Rione Sanità as a starting point to explore private grief, memory, and their collective consequences. The book brings together @brett_lloyd ’s photographic reading of the Ipogeo and four long-form interviews curated by @fe__________m with specific Napoli-related identities: Don Antonio Loffredo, former parish priest of the Rione Sanità; film director Antonio Capuano; photographer and fashion mastermind Francesca Vitucci Sorrenti; and Falconero, a world-weary witness to Napoli’s street economy.
