ANNOUNCING: “Out of Whole Cloth”
An immersive exhibit produced by 1504 at the Wallace Center for Arts & Reconciliation, exploring Black life in post-emancipation Alabama.
Through everyday objects, this experience traces how three families forged home and identity in the aftermath of freedom—set inside an 1841 house, where we seek to preserve narratives against cultural erasure.
