I started my Masters in Acting program last year September at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts
@mountviewldn and I am so excited to have created this project towards the completion of the degree.
My passion for art and advocacy led to my investigation of how Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed in combination with Afrocentric Performance Techniques can be used to offer strategies to resist sociopolitical oppression.
I must thank my incredible Tutors at Mountview who have been nothing but exceptional and supportive thus far. Deep gratitude to Rina my CP Tutor whose guidance and tremendous dedication helped direct my focus. Thankful to my Colleagues for their love, warmth and support always.
