I started my Masters in Acting program last year September at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts @mountviewldn and I am so excited to have created this project towards the completion of the degree.
My passion for art and advocacy led to my investigation of how Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed in combination with Afrocentric Performance Techniques can be used to offer strategies to resist sociopolitical oppression.
I must thank my incredible Tutors at Mountview who have been nothing but exceptional and supportive thus far. Deep gratitude to Rina my CP Tutor whose guidance and tremendous dedication helped direct my focus. Thankful to my Colleagues for their love, warmth and support always.
Hoping to develop and share this work soon with you all as I continue to contribute to the arts and work towards achieving a better future for our Nation and the world at large.

I’ll be most ungrateful not to thank God for his grace and favor which I’m not so sure I deserve.
In my most difficult moment, God gave me another lifeline to keep pushing through.
I must thank my family and friends for their love and patience with me especially Olasunkanmi and Uncle Michael for allowing me take them for granted time and time again. Without you, I most definitely would have given up.
I pray and hope clocking the double number of the lucky 3 opens greater and better chapters for me in my journey of life.
