2 years ago, my basement was flooded with sewage 3 days before I went on stage in Vancouver for @rgdcanada 🥴 I gave a talk that took me 10 years to put together. The topic of the talk was deeply personal to me and reflected one of the darkest period of my life. It was so scary to me to talk about this in public but I just had one thought in my head - “FUCK IT” so I went ahead even tho it wasn’t perfect in my head.
Now it’s almost 2 years later, this talk has taken me traveling all over the world last year and put me in front of thoughts of people that has shown me so much love and kindness. 🥺
This past weekend was @graphikamanila , a year ago I had the honor to close the conference in front of 3500+ people right after the legendary @takashipom 😳 I still don’t know what to make of it but it had definitely light a 🔥 up my 🍑 to push me to give it my all. “FUCK IT”
