WATCH “MOQUECA“ NEW VIDEO IN BIO!! 🎥🍎🐠🌶🥥 For the "Moqueca" video @zoemap wanted to reflect the Brazilian disco funk of the song, using the song's rhythm to introduce all the colorful and exotic ingredients of the namesake dish. Framed as a "cooking show," the visuals are a perfect blend of entertainment, ancestral food, and music, with Zuzuka acting as both the celebrity chef and musical guest; it's all reminiscent of a summery TV show from the 70s. We shot the video in the popular late-night dance spot Mad Tropical, in Bushwick, Brooklyn, and we see our sexy chef Zuzuka chop, taste, and shake, bringing along her dancer friends to join the party, drink cachaça, and finally taste the Moqueca!
