It’s not goodbye it’s see ya later! Thanks to our two amazing @universityofsaskatchewan Computer Science internship participants Theo and Jasmine for what can only be described as an amazing year. Last week, we teamed up with the Government of Saskatchewan’s Ministry of Advanced Education for a pair of deep-dive workshops focused on unpacking and improving the student portal and loan application experience. The first workshop focused on understanding the current system—mapping it screen by screen to surface constraints, identify friction points for both students and administrators, and clarify what information really matters. That clarity created the right conditions for structured ideation, guiding the team from individual insights to shared direction and resulting in clear prototypes, ready for high-fidelity concepts. Why we workshop ↓ Workshops create space to see what’s working, what’s not, and where the friction really lives. They help teams turn insights into ideas shaped by real-world constraints—not just theory.
