I was feeling a little sad the other day because I’m so far from family and friends and I don’t know how baby registry works or baby shower or all these baby things. I feel so so alone. 😢 But you all came forward with love and support and I realized that I’ve found a community here in the US that has held me in ways I didn’t know I would need.
Thank you for seeing me and holding space for me in this chapter of my life. For allowing me to fully embrace this pregnancy, learning as I go along, while continuing to inspire others and being inspired by others.

We recently found out that I’m pregnant, and the truth is we are still unsure how to feel. It happened naturally, not through IVF, which is something we truly never expected, especially after being told that our chances of conceiving naturally were very low. With Ross’s chromosomal challenges, a natural pregnancy comes with added risks, including miscarriage, which is why we are approaching this with cautious optimism. We want to celebrate this miracle while understanding that nothing is guaranteed.
We are also still very early, and we know many people choose to wait before sharing news like this. Ross’s mum warned us not to jinx it, and my mum wanted me to keep it private. But I want to honor this moment. I want to feel what so many women feel when they see those two lines and share that joy with the world, because moments like this don’t come often. No matter how this story continues, right now there is life growing inside me, and that feels wild and beautiful.
So here we are, sharing this small but powerful spark of hope. We are honoring it for what it is, taking things one day at a time, and asking that you keep us in your thoughts and prayers. 🤍
