May DEMO: Offers & Needs Market
Thursday May 14th, 7-9:45pm
Resource Mpls
512 E 24th St, Minneapolis
Meet your neighbors and lay the foundations for a local exchange network independent of extractive capitalism. We’ll identify and exchange our knowledge, skills, resources, and needs. Whether you are offering tips on a specific topic, have something to promote, or need support, this is a fun and safe way to meet others in the community. Together, we will unearth the variety of talents and expertise that already exist in our city. It’s OK to just show up — you don’t need to have any experience in organizing. No prep necessary. Your listening presence is enough and welcome. Hosted by Priscilla Trinh (she/her), Director of Communications at the Post Growth Institute.
Demo will start shortly after 7pm, followed by music and dancing around 8:30pm.
Admission is first-come-first-serve, seating for roughly 30 plus standing room.
Suggested donation of $15 will go to local orgs supporting community.

thinking about the way our country squeezes and holds hostage, pushes and distracts, perpetuates a dynamic and kills for symbolism, creating wave upon wake upon wave. Beyond tourism, beyond industry-- thinking about Mexico, its land, and its people.
I have opened my books for three portrait clinics in-studio for March & April.
These sessions can either be short, medium, or long in length. Always with a mix of film & digital.
a % of proceeds will go to @phillipsfreestore rent assistance for neighbors within our surrounding Southside community

February DEMO: Practical Digital Security #2
Thursday February 26th, 7-9:45pm
This & That
2731 E 25th St, Minneapolis
Join us for another round of Digital Security Basics. Build an understanding of the whats and whys related to the digital security of protesting and communicating about organizing. Feel more grounded in your understanding of how tech and protests intermesh. This is a 101 sort of talk, no prior reading necessary, come with questions and we’ll clear stuff up. Let’s make tech work for us instead of against us.
Demo will start shortly after 7pm. Dancing with music following around 8:30pm.
Admission is first-come-first-serve, seating for roughly 30 plus standing room.
Suggested donation of $15 will go to local orgs supporting community.
