An important message from @zoelyonscomedy about the threat of PFAS, known as forever chemicals, to our ocean.
There are just 24 hours left to reach our Big Give target. If we donāt hit this goal by 12pm tomorrow, we lose the chance to double every donation made so that we can fight hard for the wildlife suffering from the ocean chemical crisis. We cannot wait for another year to take action.
We only need £13,500 to reach our target. Any donation you give right now is matched pound for pound by the Big Give and generous pledges from Sonardyne and the Marsh Charitable Trust.

This evening at 18:30 on BBC Radio 4 - Zoe Lyons: Now What?
It's an absolute JOY of a programme. Zoe is one of my favourite people and it's been such a pleasure to produce this personal, actually helpful, genuinely hilarious show.
The show is called Now What? because - like so many of us - Zoe has got to the point in life where she looked at her career, her relationships, her life, her wardrobe, the news, the state of the world, our future prospects and thought "Now What?"
In this episode, through stand-up and interviews, Zoe looks at careers and what success looks like. She speaks to some brilliant, wise, funny women - some younger, some older, some the same age - about what it means to be successful and how to achieve a work/life balance that is fulfilling. I'm so grateful to our incredible guests for their time and their insights - @kerryagodliman@helenlederer@jennyeclair1960@ameliahamiltoncomedy - what a pile of wonderful women.
It's such a funny show and the advice is SO GOOD. It has actually changed how I think and feel about my own career.
Not least because all I want to do now is make shows with Zoe.
We have had some lovely previews and reviews too - and a lovely double page spread in Total TV magazine! Hooray.
Zoe Lyons: Now What? BBC Radio 4 18:30, then on BBC Sounds
