It’s such a joy to collaborate with talented artists and in this case I called up the most talented creative artist I know! @zoeloudesign
Zoe can do just about anything with a paint brush and sewing machine, whether it’s creating iconic costumes for massive names or giant props, or a real life size monster munch costume (go have a look honestly) but in this case I needed her dainty paint brush skills to create a little folky haven.
The inspiration came from where a trip to the dolomites when I encountered beautiful looking chalets with motifs.
This decorative technique, known as “Lüftlmalerei” in German, became a characteristic feature of Tyrolean architecture, particularly in rural areas and small towns.
Many of these floral designs carried symbolic meanings, often related to religious or folk beliefs.
The bedsides were sourced second hand and knobs replaced and then Zoe was able to freehand the beautiful gouache style patterns.

Each piece was made in mind of the incredible women wearing them, taking their personalities, physical features and lives into account. This was such a cathartic experience for me to make these looks and getting to know these powerhouses. Being with them all backstage seeing the nerves and the doubt turn into an explosion self love and confidence was something I’ll be forever grateful for 🥹
@sophieteaart and @alexandrahyde you once again created such a magical space for women to feel fucking brilliant ❤️❤️❤️

Not only did I get to have the best week ever making these looks, but getting to know 8 of the most beautiful women I’ve ever met. What is better than loving your job and making a load of friends? 🩷🩷🩷
💀 Halloween at @maddoxclub 2024 💀
Here’s a few bits from the project this year, to bring the Graveyard to life.
Cutting and aging the bricks for the mausoleum, hand carving the sponsor tombstones, decaying skeletons, wallpapering, flooring and draping and 1736328912 candles 🕯️ my team smashed it once again 🤩

Thank you so much to @latimerproperty for constructing the mausoleum and bringing my idea to reality, they also built some bespoke coffins and plinths for this project which were spotttt on!!!

From monsters Inc to monster munch 😎
Creating this giant monster munch was a mammoth task this year, from a block of poly I carved out the shape with the tiniest hot knife which I made a curved blade for so I could scoop it out 1 by 1, I then shaped it and hand stitched the fuzzy fabric onto it 🧡
As you can see in the last slide it really is a very convenient outfit as you can sleep on the go 💞

Monsters Inc has always been one of my fave films so getting to set design and make the props for this shoot was just the best thing EVER. Each file/folder had a real monsters name and info on too from the film which was probably unnecessary but felt very important at the time 🥸

Nothing like a tight deadline with a PERFECT ending 🩷
I saw Sophie’s story saying she and @alexandrahyde were attempting to make a dress out of canvas for the model on the carpet, so sent over a shot (last slide) of a canvas dress I had made that she could wear to the event at @skyarts awards. @sophieteaart said she’d love to wear it but in true creative industry style, I had until 2:55pm to get it to her in central, it was 12:30 and I was in Buckinghamshire.
I drove 30 minutes to get the dress, 1.5 hours to get to the team in London, and ended up having roughly an hour to get Sophie fitted, luckily she’s a dream and it looked unreal. I then helped style the beautiful @poppychristie who was modelling for Sophie.
I got to do an impromptu collab with @miasylviaa bringing poppys look to life with only a glue gun and strips of canvas fabric (my fave things). Hoping this is the first of many projects to come with Mia, you know when you meet someone and just go YUP you’re it! What a frickin fun hour that was. And they both looked FUCKINNNN PHENOMENAAAAAAAL!!! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
Don’t know how @filmedbyjohnnyyy made the process look so effortless. He really is a bloody genius 🪄
