It’s time for a sort out. Tomorrow I begin a new project. I’m going to do a drawing-a-day of something from my shelves, by way of recording and giving it some attention, before either letting it go or putting it back in a new position. I’m curious to know if I’ll feel more attached or more able to let go after I’ve done the drawing. I’ll keep a tally and find out what my keep:release ratio shall be.

What is it about things cut in half? I just can’t get enough of a cross section.

Sisyphus or Indiana Jones? The Unofficial Science of Indiana Jones premiers tonight on @skytv at 8pm. Staring the magnificent duo of @greg_james and @maisieadam with yours truly bringing up the rear. Plus, keep your eyes peeled for @edjonesuk delivering camp villain vibes at the denouement of the show. Making television programmes at any scale is a team effort, but when you’re in a giant film studio with full scale sets, stunts and steam rollers, the planning, coordination and implementation across disciplines is a wonder to behold. Many congratulations to all the crew who make the magic happen. From stunt coordinators and armorers, to caterers and camera operators. When it comes to what I’m wearing on camera, I’d like to thank Lisa and the team at @lesanimaux_official who made both of my boilersuits for the Indiana Jones and Die Hard programmes, with perfect custom colour dye jobs. Huge respect for the skills and attitude of @gregornotjamie @hartski50 @daxdebice @stevefa1r and @lucytopping . Thank you for making it all go with such a swing. Your humour and patience are second to non. And finally, a massive thank you to @brightfirepyro and @jimmy_deville for their amazing engineering skills, not to mention trusting me with a cross bow.
