hi everyone!
I’m currently looking for a job and would really appreciate your support — whether it’s a repost, advice, or a recommendation :)
my experience includes:
— developing cultural and curatorial projects for galleries, museums, and festivals from research and concept to the implementation of exhibitions and public programs
— coordinating work between artists, partners, and teams
— writing academic, critical, and curatorial texts
— managing and creating content for social media: writing texts and working with visuals (ideas, shooting, design, video editing)
my ideal position is remote or based in Austria, but I’m also open to other options. I’m especially interested in working in the cultural, educational, or human rights sectors.
I’m interested in roles such as curatorial assistant, art/project manager, SMM specialist, program coordinator, or related roles involving production and project coordination.
please tell me if you have any recommendations 🪽
Last year I got the chance to join a beautiful collaborative publication as part of the @struertracks festival, sharing some reflections, text scores and participatory sound art under the title 'Fragments for multilingual listening'. I wasn't using social media at the time, so I thought I'd mention it belatedly on here. The whole publication, put together with great care by @zlpv , is full of good things for your mind, heart and ears:
'The digital edition of the Struer Tracks Almanac, Kommunal Praksis, invites you to explore how communities are formed and expressed through sound and listening practices. Hybrid, genre-defying contributions offer ways to experience the everyday and the unexpected, the bodily and the social, the personal and the shared.'
You can find my piece via linktree (link in bio) or explore the whole publication here: https://almanac.struertracks.dk/
i really wanted to buy a dress but it was too small, i took a jacket and a tie. the system said — pay what you want, the employee said she was leaving to start a new life in another country. i asked if i could congratulate her, she said ‘yes’, and ‘happy to finally leave this city’
and i just moved here.
a month later the magistrate ran out of questions and gave me the precious card. “the store’s assortment doesn’t include love”, but at least here you can choose the price for the employee’s previous life.
as usual the scariest halloween costume is reality.
