It was a beautiful dream in Cannes.

Diving into the escapism found through music and community, short film Liminal Space explores the rave scene as a space for self-discovery.Evolving from the idea of identity fragmentation, Liminal Space considers how the clash of tradition and modernity in urban environments can weave a complex web of identities – symbolized by the shifting blocks of a Rubik’s Cube. Presenting the pulsating and ephemeral nature of rave culture as a place to shed society’s expectations.Capturing the transformation that occurs through release – as personal identities dissolve, replaced by the authenticity found in collective experiences.
