I just want to give proper congratulations and tribute to my amazing brother, who has always been my biggest support! Many years ago, after my show you wanted to test yourself and give it a shot and yep I poke fun of you kept telling you to do it! 2013 you won your first show then years to come although you wanted to compete again at a national level...life just has its twist and turns.
Throughout the many years leading up to now, you've accomplished way more things besides bodybuilding and fitness. You did what I've always said and preached to others by focusing on your own personal growth and happiness, because the stage will always be there. And just like that, 11 years later you kinda of kidnapped me for my birthday weekend lmfao and killed your 2nd show taking that overall. Now after this past weekend you did it again won your class and became a IFBB Pro !
I just want to properly say once again I'm proud to call you my brother through good and bad you know I'm always there for you!

6 YEARS AGO DEATH ALMOST KNOCKED ON MY DOOR!!
Leg day motivation just killed em and looking back you gotta realize what you going through now may not be worst. I don't usually enjoy talking about this experience but lot people have seen and admire the determination I had all these years.
Lots of people apparently thought oh he's not competing anymore he's lost his amateur bodybuilding career or drive to be pro. I NEVER HAD ANY FUCKING INTENTION FOR ANY OF THAT!! So as time went on people learned and realized my passion was first and always the joy of getting to know others who I can relate to in fitness. I enjoyed being me being free never living up to anyone expectations. Just the thrill of pushing my body as far as I can.
We meet so many people in our life time and as well lost them. I put my all to supporting friends and family and even in light of betrayal ill always be respectful. 💪🏽💪🏽 #fitness

SHARE AND LIKE IN MY STORY AND EXPERIENCE OVER THE YEARS.
FACTS - ( 1 ) I WAS NOT ALWAYS OUT OF SHAPE. ( 2 ) I GOT THIS BAD IN A MATTER OF 3 MONTHS OF EATING BAD AND LACK OF EXERCISE. ( 3 ) I HAVE NEVER SMOKE IN MY LIFE, DO ANY DRUGS ALSO IVE ONLY DRINK A FEW TIMES. ( 4 ) DIET, LOW CARBS, CARB CYCLING, EXERCISE AND A MENTAL FOCUS IS HOW I WAS ABLE GET BACK INTO BETTER SHAPE.
( 5 ) I LOST THE WEIGHT 2 TO 3 LBS PER WEEK SLOWLY.
Remember the times when you were strongest! Look back think back one your greatest achievements that built a foundation for more to come.
I remember .....
- THE GUILT - THE SHAME - THE PAIN - THE UTTER FEELING OF BEING LOST AND WEAK!!
But i also remember what it takes to push through.
