이 프로젝트에서 ZER0byte+x / 제로바이트플러스엑스는 로봇이 인간 노동을 대체한 미래 사무실의 모습을 상상하고 퍼포먼스의 형식으로 연출한다. 이를 통해 미래의 노동 방식을 둘러싼 질문들에 대해 로봇, 인공지능 등을 통해 인간과의 협업 가능성을 시뮬레이션해본다.
ZER0byte+x는 2011년에 시작된 아티스트 콜렉티브이다. 조영각과 전형산으로 구성된 이들은 각자의 방식으로 기술 매체가 야기한 동시대 사회적 영향을 정형화된 재현 방식을 탈피해 시각화, 청각화하는 것에 주안점을 두고 작업해 왔다. 로보틱스와 인공지능, 사운드 매체라는 복합적인 형식을 통해 인간과 기술이 관계 맺는 상황에 관해 고찰한다.

ZER0byte+x imagines a future office where robots have replaced human labor and expresses it in the form of a performance. Through this, we simulate the possibility of collaboration with humans through Robotics and AI for questions surrounding future labor methods.
ZER0byte+x is an artist collective that began in 2011. Comprised of Youngkak Cho and Hyoungsan Jun, they have been working on visualizing and sonification the contemporary social impacts caused by technological media in their own way, breaking away from stereotypical representations. They examine the relationship between humans and technology through a complex form of robotics, AI, and sound media.
