Me and Cammi 🤡 have started working on something new and we wanna keep going and we’re not going to stop.
If you are someone who can invite us / house us / let us perform / any other thing, you know what to do and we have a lot to offer 😉 (says Cammi, including the wink)

Back to when I merged with the seats at @southeastdance
Because whats the difference between a seat for a human and a human seat and a seating human and a human on a seat and …?
But my actual question is: what ways are you finding to stay present with your whole self to the world and all that keeps happening right now? And to resource yourself for resisting? I am genuinely interested and would love to hear, send me a little message if you feel up for sharing 🌪️

Welcoming to the team the fantastic zanni CT who has joined the team as a performer and facilitator for ‘Playscape: How to Build a Galaxy’ and is an amazing addition to the team! Find out more about zanni below:
“I am a dancer, maker and facilitator working across the UK and Italy. I work with the body and movement to explore possibilities, transformation, choice, multiplicity. I see dance and movement as creating spaces for exploring and practicing ways of being, ways of relating, ways of approaching life, ways of being in space; for creating alternatives to the normative structures and systems of power. Spaces for practicing presence; practicing play and curiosity; practicing dissidence, disrupting and imagining. I am passionate about exploring the body and movement through a queer and trans lens - queering up the body and reclaiming the potential and possibilities of dissident bodies, celebrating their imaginative and revolutionary superpowers.”

A beautiful kickstart to the Inside Out project, beginning with a beautiful co-lead space with @ah_dance . It was great to meet everyone who signed up, and lovely to meet the selected early career artists - such a beautiful day moving, thinking, reflecting, journaling, and sharing 🫶🏻

Introducing Zanni, and I can’t wait to work with them! 🔥
Zanni is an artist, performer, maker and facilitator who works with the body and movement to explore possibilities, transformation, choice, multiplicity. They are passionate about reclaiming queer and trans bodies as full of potential and possibilities for choice, celebrating their imaginative and revolutionary superpowers. They foreground the body and movement as anchors for accessing these radical powers. Their research is inspired by ideas around queer utopias, using them as a frame to explore the potential that queerness offers in imagining new possibilities for approaching and being in the body, and for creating . spaces that challenge, reconsider and redesign societal
structures and systems. WOWSER!!

Let’s gather.
Let’s find each other.
Let’s find strength and power together.
Let’s carry on being us and discovering us.
All the versions and possibilities of us.
Let’s love and keep loving. Harder and stronger.
6 days of my moving body, or how I felt in my moving body. Recorded daily during my residency week at @spaceclarencemews back in August. I smile looking back at these and noticing how many different things my body can be; thinking about how many things it has been, it is and it will be. Explosions and implosions of memories and possibilities and happenings and play and curiosity and impossibilities.

**I have started diving into some research that feels very rich and I want to keep going with it. Any recommendations for studio space, residencies, research opportunities, ideas for ways to make things happen in this very strange time while also surviving are all very welcome!
