First and foremost all glory goes to God. It’s been exactly 1 year since I was blessed with the opportunity to deliver this speech. Since graduating I would love to sit here and tell you it has been sunshine and roses. It has been quite the opposite and that’s okay because you are not defined by your failures, you are defined on how you respond to it. Although this chapter in my life was not what I expected, there are 3 lessons I learned.
1. God is always faithful to you, even when you aren’t faithful to him.
2. There are really only two choices in life. Things that pull you closer to the Heavenly Father and things that pull you away from him.
3. John 13:7 “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”
If it’s not good, then He’s not done.
