Maui has given the Haskell family so many memories that we can hardly calculate what it would take to give back to it - and the people who make Maui the magical place that it is. Claire and I have been there three times as a couple, which includes twice with our children. Before that, my parents took us there for a couple family vacations. Last year I was fortunate to get a call from @stevenholleran , offering me a day of work on a new film he was shooting - “Missing” - @searchingmovie . It was meant to be the only day of camera operating that was not done by any of the actors. The majority of the film is from the perspective of phones, security cameras, doorbell cams, etc. What unfolded was a very fun night of action/stunts which included door breeches, Technocrane, and some running around with the “SWAT” team. Steve is an incredible DP, boss, and friend. It was a privilege to collaborate with, and watch him work. “Missing” is now out in theaters nation wide! Go see it!!

Tonight the 5.5 week journey through Italy comes to an end at Lake Iseo. So much work completed, so many friends made, so many laughs. I rode on planes, trains, automobiles, scooters and boats through this beautiful country. And now the one remaining thing left to do is to reunite with my boys, my dog, and my love.
