NUMBER 2. February.
Waco, TX. I feel like almost every t-shirt maker and bootlegger has beat this horse to death and resurrected it to only beat it to death again.
When I was a kid my uncle talked about this t-shirt. A shirt with Janet Reno on it dumping gas on the Davidian complex. After falling victim to the oxycontin scam in the late '90s, my uncle became a drug addict.
All of his collections of shirts, Hot Wheels, action figures and memorabilia got lost in storage units that couldn't be paid for. The Janet Reno shirt was gone.
Well, I found the graphic online last year and my uncle passed away last year.. so this ones for him.
Big ups to @timmygibbler_ for helping me out.
