one sleep till i’m back on stage for @oneroomlive x @rnbrituk !
i warned my loved ones that i tend to descend into seasonal depression in these colder months. my immune system goes kaput and the same with my mental fortitude. but this time around, i’ve actually been having a great time with my friends, my family and a bunch of new people i’ve met along the way. i even feel more disciplined and ready to give it sum. to top it all off, my first show back is tomorrow! i just know i’m gonna cry like a baby - good tears and good grief. i just know i’m ready to embrace what’s waiting for me.

fam, idek what to say i can’t lie, lol. life has been such a fucking rollercoaster but i must give thanks to the powers that be for all the blessings i’ve received. it is a privilege to be alive and safe; a privilege to use my voice for art and be rewarded for it. in the past, i’ve spent a lot of time complaining about my life, but i’m genuinely so grateful to be here still, spending life’s greatest currencies with people that i love and love me too.
thank you for riding with me on this here finsta, putting up with my menty Bs and woe-is-me. got small small nerves for this show, but i’ve got a 35 minute set and a lot of love to give so if you can, please come through. definitely might cry on that damn stage but that’s what it’s made for.
