If you love brunch but want something a little different, Skogen Bath needs to be on your list. 🇸🇪 We visited @skogen_bath in Bath for a Scandi-inspired brunch and it did not disappoint. Think smørrebrød (open sandwiches) packed with flavour, fika bakes with seriously good coffee - and yes, a couple of perfectly made martinis to complete the moment. 🍸 Calm, cosy interiors with that busy-but-relaxed feel - ideal for slow mornings that roll into the afternoon. A weekend in the land of Jane Austen, Bridgerton, and Pride & Prejudice 🦢🏛️🤍 Steal my 48-hour itinerary to explore the stunning city of Bath. Just a 1.5-hour train ride from London, this city is so full of history and charm, it deserves more than just a day trip! Day 1: 🚂 Arrive into Bath by late evening ⛪️ Take a quick evening stroll to see the Pulteney Bridge and Bath Abbey in the night light 🍔 End your first day with some seriously greasy, cheesy and messy smash burgers at @thebeefyboys Day 2: ☕️ Start your morning with breakfast and coffee at one of the cafés on Pulteney Bridge overlooking the Pulteney Weir.
