💡 Did you know that 70% of young people in the UK don’t receive early mental health support when they need it?
This Mental Health Awareness Week, YBF, alongside other Young People’s Foundations (@ypftrust ), is highlighting the importance of turning awareness into action.
We’re joining the call to take action - for yourself, for someone else, and for all of us - because lasting change happens when communities come together.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year’s theme is all about taking action! 🧠 🚀
A few weeks ago, we did exactly that. The Young Ealing Foundation was proud to host a free Mental Health & Wellbeing Training session, expertly delivered by @charliewalleruk . 🏫🙌
We were joined by local youth workers and partners who are now even better equipped to support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people across Ealing. 🤝📈 Giving our members the tools to spot the signs and provide the right support is a huge part of our mission to improve mental health outcomes in our borough. 🌳❤️
