Hi, my name is Steph and I am a 200hour qualified holistic yoga teacher and have been teaching holistic yoga since 2022. Yoga is a beautiful gift for the body, mind and soul and with this I am passionate about helping others on their wellness journey. In an age where we are anchored by stress, taking the path of yoga we are able to reconnect to ourselves whilst building strength, stamina, balance, flexibility and mindfulness.
I teach and live in West Sussex with my family and also enjoy the challenge of cold water sea swimming and paddle boarding with my dog Barney. I look forward to you joining me on the mat! Namaste

Can you take 5 minutes completely for yourself?
When we step away from the noise, the distractions and go within we lower stress and anxiety, reduce blood pressure, improve focus, and enhance emotional regulation. Consistent, short sessions act as a mental "reset," calming the nervous system and strengthening immune system.
Today I sat outside and listened to the birds for my reset 🧘🏼♀️

No game this week so the senior men took part in a yoga session at the club to help aid their recovery & injury prevention.
Thank you to @yogitides for the session, the lads found it really beneficial and learnt a lot!

Think a few lads need to swap the weights for yoga mats 😂
YOGA - a gift your future self.
In our busy lives we are anchored by stress, yoga helps move the body and still the mind... take the leap 🧘🏼♀️

Yin yoga is a slow, gentle style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods (usually 2–5 minutes). It targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints rather than just muscles. Here are the main benefits:
Improves flexibility
Supports joint health
Releases deep tension
Enhances circulation
Reduces stress and anxiety
Improves sleep
So good for the nervous system
