started @coyoterecordsuk back in April 2012 w/ a record by @melladee_ — it’s been quiet for the last 12 months for the first time since then, existing in its own sense of temporary stasis.
inspired by a demo EP landing in my inbox a few weeks back and the people who have continued to buy records, leave feedback, send over tracks and generally demonstrate that there’s still an appetite for wot-do-u-call-it instrumental grime club music — and more so, community — CYTE is back.
this label has given me some of the proudest and most memorable moments of my music life / career. looking fwd to getting back to it.
