Every house has spirits that were once physical flesh and now are a part of the dwelling we live in. We too leave physical and emotional traces through arguments to sweet moments and physical objects all taken in by the house. Once we move out or die, our spirit leaves our own history there. The house absorbs it all.
Sometimes I enter a room and feel the unseen energies from what took place and who was there before me. I pay my respects to them. Dine and get to know them. This for me makes a peaceful home. So respect the house and the house will respect you.

Romance can make someone an optimist to a cynic within two hours. The first touch, kissy, and huggy can make us feel seen. Romance is a drug. Sometimes it ping pongs, confuses us, and we’re left alone. Oxytocin withdrawals are real as we swear we’ll never love again. Once we heal, we realize it’s all intel for our own self-romance and end up learning about ourselves. Then we love again.
