Huge shout out to new Coach @queenqwee ( @xtremeqween ) out of Harrisburg, PA visiting GA & teaching us @xtremeatlmetro step girly pops a new #7kneevariation ‼️⚠️Word is…it comes from {correction} @novahsfit & her TX crew! I❤️watching y’all. We had a few bumps in the road, but overall, we’re excited to try this new variation in our class every week! I’ll note a few things, this is a beginner class. My girl @tashanam__ loves to hang back after class 4 the vibes & watch all the crazy twists & turns we do! But tonight…Guess what? She hit that thing no problem! There are three factors to your weight lost journey 1. Your diet - what you eat is very important I started with cutting my carbs tremendously. I also was eating in a calorie deficit 2. Your activity - what you do daily as far as just being active and your cardio. This is where my passion for xtreme hip hop came about it was a cardio class that I actually enjoyed I started doing it 4x a week just to perfect my foot work. I also forced myself to not just sit in the house but actually get out and do things like skating, take a walk, bike ride and things of that nature. 3. Weight training- for the longest I said I didn’t want to lift weights because I didn’t want to look muscular but weight lifting isn’t going to do that unless you’re actually training pretty intensely. This is going to recomp your body and tone up the areas you want to lose fat from and build muscle. Also training upper body and glutes will naturally give you that hour glass figure.
