We popped up and got time with Sen Mary Washington office, connected to bill sponsor Sen Will Smith office who gave AG power to prosecute over SAO but not retroactive for Donnell's case, and more connections to PG and MoCo assembly - and this was all out of session. We also ran into Chief Legal counsel Amanda who we have been phone zapping who has now offered dates to meet however they are still demanding to go through civil lawyers regarding criminal charges. Even spoke with first lady Dawn Flythe Moore who is aware of the issue and also promised a meeting with her office and a photo op. And after all that the cops still wanted some of us you know we handled business.
You need to join us when we go down we will be there fighting for justice for all and connecting the issues as well to support the demands to fire and charge these officers. Please reach out to connect. 🦄🌊

Write to the governor at /survey/share-your-thoughts-wes/ and tell him to allow the AG to prosecute the officers that murdered Donnell! Wes Moore promised Danielle he would do “everything he could” to get justice for Donnell, his legal counsel and constituent services teams repeatedly promise to meet with Danielle but never follow up and claim they meet to discuss the matter “everyday,” and Wes Moore even denied knowing anything about Donnell. WES MOORE, THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN DO!
Justice hinges on Governor Wes Moore’s willingness to act. This is a very reasonable demand with clear precedent. In 2020, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz intervened to change the jurisdiction so that his state’s AG could prosecute George Floyd’s killers instead of the local prosecutor because of concerns about a conflict of interest. THIS IS POSSIBLE. Why should we re-elect a governor who refuses to fight for his constituents and lets murderous cops terrorize our streets? Wes Moore needs to know that WE ARE WATCHING! Please share widely and make your voice heard!

The Governor has clear authority, pursuant to Article V Sec. 3(a)(2) of the Maryland Constitution to order the Maryland Attorney General to “Investigate, commence, and prosecute or defend any civil or criminal suit or action or category of such suits or actions in any of the Federal Courts or in any Court of this State.”
Order the Maryland Attorney General to prosecute the charges they have already found for those involved in killing Donnell.
Zeke Cohen, Odette Ramos and even the governor promised to help and meet with Donnell's family but have done nothing.
