There’s something beautifully unsettling about the worlds @yanatoyber creates. Her images don’t feel staged in the traditional sense - they feel remembered. Half-dreamt. Like fragments pulled from the inside of somebody’s subconscious at 4AM. Working across #photography and direction, the New York-based artist has developed a visual language rooted in softness, tension, and #physicality. #Skin, flowers, #shadows, texture, movement - everything inside her frame feels emotionally loaded. Nothing exists purely as decoration. Even beauty itself feels slightlydangerous in her universe. @yanatoyber

Through her music project The Darklings, Callie leans into a sound that feels emotionally exposed without ever becoming fragile. There’s #distortion, #atmosphere, noise, softness — all colliding together into something that feels #intimate but slightly unhinged in the best possible way. The music doesn’t smooth emotion out or package it neatly. It #amplifies it. There’s a #rawness to the sound that feels intentional, like the edges are left visible on purpose. @calliecrighton @afraidofthedarklings 📑 Wow and full article available here : www.contextmag.online

CALLIE CRIGHTON: Soft Chaos, Full Volume - Some people move between worlds. #CallieCrighton builds one of her own. #Musician, DJ, performer, internet presence — none of the labels fully hold what she does because the energy moves too quickly to stay fixed. One moment it’s emotional #vulnerability wrapped in distorted sound, the next it’s full club energy, total release, complete #overstimulation. Everything exists on the same spectrum: feeling turned all the way up. And that #intensity is exactly what makes it stick. @calliecrighton 📑 Full glam and article available here : www.contextmag.online

Scrolling through her practice feels like moving through a visual diary assembled from #fragments of dreams, conversations, and #subconscious residue. Bodies dissolve into abstraction. Shapes overlap. Images interrupt one another. Nothing feels static. Everything feels in motion. Toyber’s use of #analogue processes becomes more than aesthetic preference — it becomes #philosophy. In a digital landscape obsessed with control and refinement, her work welcomes #unpredictability. Mistakes become part of the image. @yanatoyber For more information and purchases 📧 www.curiat.co

Yana Toyber creates work that feels beautifully unresolved. Working across collage, photography, cyanotypes, and experimental image-making, the New York-based artist embraces fragmentation as both process and language. Her compositions don’t arrive neatly packaged or over-explained. Instead, they unravel slowly - layered with texture, #instinct, #memory, and accident. There’s a physicality to Toyber’s work that feels increasingly rare within contemporary image culture. Paper folds. #Chemicals react unpredictably. Edges remain rough. #Scratches, #distortions, and imperfections are left visible rather than hidden away. The result is work that feels deeply human & emotional rather than polished. @yanatoyber For more information and purchases 📧 www.curiat.co

Images featuring @yanatoyber and her latest most personal work : Little Odessa is an ongoing photographic project documenting the Russian speaking community of Brighton beach. The series explores nostalgia not as sentimentally but as a means of preserving fragments of identity within a community in flux. For more information and purchases 📧 www.curiat.co

That openness also carries through in the way she #exists as a #transgenderwoman. It isn’t presented as spectacle or over-explained for approval — it simply exists as part of her identity, woven #naturally into the spaces she occupies. In music and #nightlife scenes that still often treat trans #identity as something performative or tokenised, there’s something powerful in that refusal to flatten herself into a single narrative. And maybe that’s why people connect to her work so strongly. 📑 Stunnnnn and full article available here : www.contextmag.online

What makes #DrLeePhillips compelling isn’t just expertise — it’s delivery. The ability to discuss deeply #personalsubjects without making them feel sterile or inaccessible. He creates space for honesty without turning #vulnerability into spectacle. And that’s rare. Because most people aren’t actually looking for perfection or textbook answers. They’re looking for permission to be human. #Complicated. #Desiring. Confused sometimes. Still figuring it out. And Phillips meets people exactly there — without judgement, without performance, and without pretending any of us fully have it together. @drleephillips 📑 The gift that keeps on giving and full article available here www.contextmag.online

Real people are messy. #Realintimacy is messy. And he doesn’t try to flatten that reality into something easier to market. There’s also a strong #culturalawareness running through his work. He understands how #modernrelationships are shaped by the internet, #datingapps, changing ideas around masculinity, and the constant pressure to perform #emotionally while simultaneously pretending not to care. That awareness keeps his work feeling current rather than clinical. It feels lived in. 📑 Messy boots and full article available here : www.contextmag.online
