We’ve been changing things up at Cobalt, but I just wanted to share one simple thing. Our rolling wall is liberated after spring cleaning and now has texture on one side! We are going to change colors here and there, or when someone makes a request that aligns with schedule or desires. Currently, we have this tannish/mustard tan on one side and (a favorite) deep red on the other. Been trying to get out of a pretty lengthy funk, so I’m digging out the archives and setting up new photo sets. Clinking the gears and grinding the rust off with my teeth. I keep telling myself I need to stop whining and start conquering. To stop analyzing every gosh darn thing and exist without fear. Eventually, I will listen. Eventually, I’ll make this space-time continuum my female dog. Then the great voice from the sky will speak upon me and say “[the great voice in the sky has liked your post]” and I will be satiated will brief and mild satisfaction. Creative camp out (or off individually) Morning is Dirt. Think 1940s looks great n the early morning soil. Also somber, a little mysterious. Headshot Happy Hour! Because you probably need a new one… We created a super relaxed event day to consolidate headshot/portrait sessions. This allows us to create our lowest price while keeping things sustainable. We did a pilot day and I didn’t know how much I would enjoy it, but I’d like to prove this can work consistently enough to be a monthly event. I met a great collection of different people from different backgrounds. Some had different needs, editing preferences, etc, so we just logged the notes and shot accordingly. The vibe was kicked back and many people seemed happily surprised about how relaxed it was. I want people to feel comfortable and have a good time!
