⭐️Skylight Above Spotlight⭐️ ATRIUM is thrilled to welcome @coneshapetop to ATRIUM 2026 as a part of Skylight Above, a special exhibit of artist-run spaces. This Oakland based record store, consignment shop, and music imprint located at 4124 Broadway will be showing the works of phenomenal Bay Area ceramicists @salix.felis and @ximaps #skylightabove2026 @minnesotastreetproject announces ATRIUM, a new free alternative art fair showcasing the best emerging and underground contemporary art galleries in the Bay Area, alongside long-standing Bay Area galleries. Taking place January, 22–25, 2026 during SF Art Week, ATRIUM brings together 20+ galleries presenting focused selections from their programs—plus SKYLIGHT ABOVE, an upstairs exhibition of artist-run spaces. 
The Opening Reception will take place Thursday, January 22, 6–9pm and the fair will continue through Sunday January 25. RSVP for all dates at the link in bio!

We’re beyond excited to present Earth Moving Amidst a Slow Burning Fire, an exhibition of ceramic works by Bay Area artists Ximaps Dong and Salix Staley. Taking place at Minnesota Street Project as a part of Skylight Above, a grouping of artist-run spaces curated by Jonathan Runcio as a part of Atrium Fair. Visually distinct yet remarkably complementary, Dong and Staley take unique approaches to processing grief, anxiety, and pressures imposed by power structures in a post-capitalist landscape, arriving at very singular destinations. Staley creates functional and sculptural pieces meant to be used, filled, interacted with.They have held various materials - ashes, essences, hormones and meds, flowers, questions, prayers, intentions, and offerings - rituals that provide for individual and collective relation to the intangible through physical objects and acts. Dong addresses similar issues with a different approach. Using materials that don’t naturally belong together, layering, reusing segments from old pieces for new work, balancing chaos and order, they imbue each piece with a sense of humor and play. This lightheartedness on the surface reveals a seriousness underneath, utilizing joyous paradigms to investigate how systems of power, control, and productivity affect us internally, down to the molecular level.
