From the very beginning of wedding planning, Willa poured her heart into helping her daughter Faith prepare for the big day.
She was right there — gently easing her into her gown, steadying her nerves, loving her through every moment. Then, at the reception, came a surprise that stopped the room: Faith turned to her mom, bouquet in hand, and thanked her — truly thanked her — for a lifetime of love, support, and everything in between. For being her role model.
The way Willa smiled through her tears… there are no words.
Every time I look back at these images, I feel it all over again. As a photographer, I’ve witnessed countless emotional moments but this one quietly broke me. 🥹There is something about the love between a mother and her daughter that gets me every single time.
And I’m reminded that Faith didn’t just receive that love — she carries it, and she gives it right back. 💕

Last weekend’s wedding still feels like a dream.
