The Sephora powders are a bit tricky as they don't have much lip between the powder and the plastic housing. So carefully hover them hear and the will loosen up.
The Mac powders are easy once you pop the protective ring by sliding to the side with a metal spatula! Leaves for plenty of room to slide right under then.
Pro tip- Clean the bottoms of the adhesive with alcohol and dry them completely before sticking the magnet in. Even better if you double on the magnette or add a bit of E6000 glue or Gorilla glue dots!

Makeup artist to photographer, my journey has been all about pushing my skills while staying true to my craft. Big proud moment in my artistry. Over the past few years, I’ve really pushed myself to grow in photography, not to switch lanes, but to become a better makeup artist. Lighting will humble you real quick.
This side by side? Same makeup, two completely different reads. LED vs daylight is no joke. As artists, we don’t always get perfect natural light, so training your eye under artificial lighting is everything… because your work still has to hit in both camera and real life.
If it doesn’t translate in daylight, it’s not done yet.
