Today we wrote songs with grades 4-5 at Foothills Young Authors conference. We shared our favourite songs and what makes an impact on us, brain stormed common themes (unicorns and horses 🐴 🦄) and then set to writing a song together.
It’s incredible what these young minds come up with in 30-40 minute, and how enthusiastic they are! “I’m never gonna stop songwriting”, “I just pick up an instrument and see where it takes me”. Everyone had a lot to contribute and what a great day!
Here’s one of the songs we came up with and a couple of screenshots at the end. Need some massaging but you get the picture!
behind the scenes clips from the final Write On showcase🎶🤎 love these insanely talented people!!
