Wow, wow! Completely blown away by last night's comedy night at the beautiful @sohotheatre Walthamstow.

Thank you so much to all those comedians for giving their time to Write Back and to everyone who came along for the laughs. We smashed our highest hopes and raised enough money for two whole storytelling programmes for teenagers in Dagenham! 💕
There's still a lot to take in but we are filled with gratitude and renewed vigour to make sure every young person has the opportunity to share their story. ✨
This year was our first time inviting special guests @zoonationuk and @writebackuk to perform at C3 Festivals.
Through the Festivals Exchange, each youth organisation co-created brilliant short response pieces to C3 plays - ZooNation a dance piece, and Write Back young people sharing their creative writing.
Sam from Write Back says "We have been absolutely delighted to partner with Company Three. They created such a warm and welcoming space for the young writers we work with, whilst giving them an unforgettable experience sharing their words on stage in front of an eager and enthusiastic audience and alongside incredible young actors."

For the first time, we’re welcoming two youth arts organisations to perform at C3 Festivals - ZooNation and Write Back.
As well as working with our artists and young people throughout the devising process, ZooNation and Write Back have responded to the themes we’re presenting and have co-created their own original dance and poetry pieces.
You can watch these performances on Friday 10 (Write Back) and Saturday 11 matinee (Zoo Nation).

This week we have been giving books to young people tailored to their unique interests and reader preferences. We've had classics, contemporary tales, crime thrillers, heartstopping romances, epic adventures and so much more.
