WRD Director Joy Langford, General Manager Stephan Tucker, and staff are in Washington, D.C. this week meeting with federal legislators and agency partners, including the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, to advocate for continued investment in water infrastructure, groundwater sustainability, PFAS treatment, and projects that strengthen local water reliability throughout Southern Los Angeles County.
