We are astounded to celebrate and congratulate our President & CEO @droussin007 on her appointment to the Order of Manitoba, the provinces highest honour.
The Order of Manitoba recognizes twelve individuals who demonstrate excellence and achievement in their fields, enriching the social, cultural or economic wellbeing of Manitoba. The appointment to the order is made by the chancellor based on recommendations from an advisory council.
“The 12 outstanding Manitobans to be invested into the 2026 Order of Manitoba serve to inspire us and reinforce that we all have the power to make a difference” - Lt.-Gov. Anita Neville, Chancellor of the Order.
Diane’s leadership and continuous commitment to community have created lasting change across Manitoba and beyond. This recognition reflects the strength and journey of the communities Diane walks alongside with and for. We are proud to celebrate this incredible achievement, and we could not be more proud of her recognition with Manitoba’s highest honour.
👏🏽 Please join us in celebrating Diane on this incredible and well-deserved achievement as a 2026 recipient of the Order of Manitoba!

Join @droussin007 on April 28, with SI Canada, and @mis.quebec for an interactive webinar exploring a new impact and accountability framework for social innovation.
Traditional impact measurement wasn’t designed for complexity. Often, it forces social innovation into narrow, linear boxes that don’t match the shape of meaningful change.
What if accountability and measurement were not about a checklist, but about the strength of our relationships and the deeper currents of systems change?
Developed through the Social Innovation Impact Initiative, this approach:
🌱Treats relationships and learning as outcomes in their own right
🌱Orients around how change actually happens across multiple scales and timeframes
🌱Offers a practical architecture for social innovators, labs, and funders navigating complex community and societal challenges
This webinar is designed for folks interested in and engaged in the design, delivery and support of social innovations of all types. We’re also inviting your input! Help us refine the framework and forthcoming tools that will support social innovation work across Canada.
📅 April 28 🕐 11am–12:15pm PT • 1pm–2:15pm CT • 2pm–3:15pm ET 📍 Zoom

Boldness is built upon the wisdom of matriarchs - whose strength, vision, and care shape our communities in countless ways. International Women's Day reminds us to celebrate women's achievements while continuing the collective work toward equity and women's rights 💗
Chi-miigwech to all women. We honour where you've been, where you are, and where you're leading us.

We are proud to share an article by @droussin007 , along with Uyiosa Chukwuka from @mphaoutreach and Sherry Gott from @manitobaadvocate , in the Winnipeg Free Press. The piece highlights that safe infant sleep requires more than checklists — it requires stable housing, income security, culturally grounded care, and systems that honour family dignity.
Initiatives that are community-developed and tested, such as our Baby Basket Prototype, are an investment in Indigenous-led, culturally responsive solutions that help families thrive. 🧡

💗 Happy Pink Shirt Day! 💗
Pink Shirt Day began with a simple act of kindness in Nova Scotia — one that grew into a global movement against bullying. Today, more than 25 countries participate, and the day is even recognized by the United Nations.
What started small has become a reminder that kindness can speak louder than words. 💗
Boldness is proud to celebrate Pink Shirt Day in our @red.rebel.armour pink shirts with the Blue Thunderbird Family Care crew!

The Boldness team was thrilled to get together and had great conversation with @dralexryan , Co‑Founder & CEO of Synthetikos.
Alex brings deep thinking on the science of social innovation and real‑world experience putting it into action. When systems thinking meets the community‑led work of @droussin007 and Boldness, stronger ideas emerge.
Thank you Alex for joining us from Toronto, especially during Winnipeg’s -40 degree January weather!☃️
