Dr. Alisha Winn is a cultural anthropologist based in West Palm Beach, working across Palm Beach County in South Florida to help communities better understand culture in real-world contexts.
Through her work with Consider the Culture, she partners with organizations and communities to examine how culture shapes everyday experiences, decision-making, and connection.
Her approach brings cultural insight into spaces where it is often overlooked, creating opportunities for more thoughtful engagement and stronger, more informed communities.

The Springview Bike Bus is a parent-led group ride to school in Miami Springs that takes place every Friday morning. Like a traditional school bus, it follows a set route and picks up students along the way. Kids ride their bikes together, building confidence, independence, and a strong sense of community.
What started as a simple idea inspired by a parent’s experience has grown into a weekly tradition that students look forward to. Kids wake up excited and parents connect with neighbors.
