Drag and Draw is collaborative art-making experience facilitated by @weirdwarlock AKA @obsceneartqueen . This Friday the 13th, Cherry Cola will be hosting a Life Drawing session made possible by the skill and dedication of the very Queer and Quirky Kunty the Klown as our model for the evening. Grab a clipboard and some charcoal or sit back and watch Cherry demonstrate various materials and techniques as Kunty strikes some seriously silly and sexy poses throughout the hour.
Come on down to the Cantina ( @poetandpatriot ) January 19th 7:30-9:30 and use the force to learn to paint a sexy storm trooper! She’s got an Alderaan Face with a Tattooine Booty! From Bantha Fodder to fishnet-clad diva of destruction— she will look lovely hung on your wall next to your frozen-in-carbonite wall decor!
Lushes with Brushes is a series of painting workshops hosted by The Obscene Art Queen ( @obsceneartqueen ), Cherry Cola ( @warmflatcherrycola ). Think Bob Ross Paint and Sip BUT MAKE IT FIERCE. Each 2 hour workshop features an acrylic painting referencing popular culture. Participants are encouraged to dress in drag or costumery related to the painting!
All materials supplied. $25 registration due before start of workshop (cash/check/Venmo) includes canvas and paints.
