Extremely excited to announce our first ever roaster showcase hosted by @showroom.coffee next Sunday May 17th 11am-3pm!
We invite all NYC coffee enthusiasts to join us for a wonderful open-warehouse showcase of some of our favorite coffee roasters in the city 🗽☕️

Please join us for our next event Sunday December 7th @secretcoffeenyc to celebrate our next coffee release, an amazing and unique Washed Coffee from Little Swamps Estate in Western Kenya!🇰🇪
Ms. Doris (pictured above) is the matriarch of Little Swamps, and under her leadership the Estate has produced some of our favorite coffees this year. We're extremely excited to be able to share their work with you all for our next release!
We will also have some excellent tea selections from @ajiritea alongside our roasts from Little Swamps, a salute to Western Kenya, where tea culture runs strong.🌱

We'll be brewing up some slow pours of our @zanyacoffee Vietnamese Arabica roasts, paired with brews of a Vietnamese Red Oolong from @annaye.tea 🍵🌱

Our quality control involves intensive tasting and evaluation of each roasting session every week, to ensure consistency and quality over time. ☕️

🌱☕️When we first started forming our thoughts around WORKER, we knew that experimenting with a variety of roast styles was a core component of the work we wanted to do. 🌱☕️
By focusing on small single lots of in-season coffees, sourced with full transparency and intensive quality control in order to maximize consistency, we are able to showcase how roast styles and development modulate the flavors of coffees. We also aim to present the incredible work that producers put into these lots in different frames, highlighting characteristics and strengths that may only emerge through different roast styles.
Different roasts for different brews, tastes, and experiences, all while forming an intimate relationship with one single coffee. Coffee lovers of all experience levels will find something to discover though our seasonal showcased coffee ☕️

Please join us this Sunday 9/7 at 11am @principlesbk for a wonderful cupping event featuring our roasts of @zanyacoffee 's Double Washed Arabica.
We will be diving deep into this deceptively straight-forward coffee, doing roasting/brewing comparisons and evaluations (using the new CVA form), with active discussion around not only sensory analysis, but roasting and processing as well.
