We got the band back together for @californiawinemasters to benefit @cf_foundation 🔥 My @wokstarcatering volunteers and I loved serving up Honey Sriracha Turkey Lollipops to over 1,000 guests @warnerbros in support of this worthy org 🙏❤️

My @wokstarcatering team and I were thrilled to cater the star studded premiere of the “Sock It To Me: The Legend of George Schlatter” directed by Chris Coronado and produced by Dayna Winston at @thebhfilmfest 🤩 We served up Kobe beef sliders - featuring George’s face on the buns! - Plus Dumplings, Spicy Ahi Tuna on Wonton Chips, Veggie Spring Rolls, Chinese Chicken Salad, elaborate grazing boards and a SAKE to Me Cocktail and more to hundreds of adoring guests of this comedic legend!!! #laughin

We pick up surplus food from each production we work with, and donate it directly to nearby local communities all over Los Angeles County (from San Pedro all the way up to Santa Clarita!)

I had a blast teaching a Birthday Dumpling Class for a group of lovely long time mom friends at a private home 🥟🥟🥟 It was my pleasure to donate this class as an auction item to benefit @sheangelsfoundation (and I happen to also sit on the advisory board) 🙏🏻👼 The menu included veggie dumplings, shrimp shu Mei, Asian Crunch Salad and raspberry Nutella Wontons 😋 DM to book a class with me!!

We loved partnering with @zynger_events to launch guests into a Hi Tech Space Age celebration packed with out-of-this-world bites and cosmic cocktails. 🌌 🧪 Smoking molecular cocktails that looked like they came straight from a mad scientist’s lab 🧠 Neuron Noodle Bar – custom Asian noodles firing on all synapses 🐟 Cold-smoked salmon sashimi activation (fresh, silky, and stellar) We put the “molecular” in gastronomy ⚗️ 🥟 Doppler Effect Dim Sum Bar serving Peking Duck, Veggie dumplings, Shrimp Shu Mei and Chicken Potstickers at warp speed over smoking woks! 🤖 And a show-stopping robot cake made by @everafter.bakery to power up the birthday celebration Meanwhile our servers circulated with stellar passed bites: 🍣 Sushi Bytes – fresh, pop-in-your-mouth rolls 🥟 Beef Bao Bytes – fluffy bao buns with savory beef 💥 Fission Firecracker Shrimp – crispy shrimp with explosive sweet-spicy heat Proof that turning 70 can still be light-years ahead of the curve.
