Next up on our Roster List is the newest member of the WMP team, @alexandra_the_composer .
Alexandra hails from an electronic music producer, DJing and composition for short film background and joined the internal WMP team in June of 2025. Over the last 7 months she has been immersing herself in advertising pitches, audio branding and experiential soundscapes.
Her ability to create texture, tension and melodic devices is unparalleled. We are super excited to see where she goes in the future.

Focussing on all things piano and orchestral, I am hugely passionate about tone in advertising. From quirky to classical, from stripped back and emotive to full on thematic anthems, that's me!
I also love combining modern electronic elements with my work.

Ben is the creative force behind @wmp.studio , home to an exceptional roster of composers and musicians who have been crafting bespoke soundtracks for film, television, and advertising for over 14 years.
His work is rooted in a deep love of Piano and Modern Cinematic genres, where he thrives on blending classical sensitivity with contemporary sound design to create emotionally rich, narrative‑driven music.
Soundtracks aren’t just part of Ben’s job - they’re his obsession. “Nils Frahm is my Elvis,” he often says, and anyone who has watched TV with him knows he means it. He’s the person who rewinds adverts not for the visuals, but to analyse the music, the mix, and the sound design with forensic attention.
Collaboration sits at the heart of Ben’s process. He is dedicated to bringing together the most skilled writers and instrumentalists, believing that shared creativity always leads to the strongest artistic outcomes.
Under his leadership, WMP has become a hub for talent, innovation, and musical storytelling - a place where ideas evolve into powerful sonic identities for screen projects of all scales.

I heard the other day that the home cinema release of Hamnet was immenent. "Now you can sit in the comfort of your own home and watch" the comment said, and what it made me feel was overwhelmingly sad. This film (and it's unbelievably powerful score by Max Richter) has had a profound impact on me and I think that most of the impact was because I saw it in a cinema. A cinema with sound treatment, immense speakers and a human connection with other people. I experienced it. I felt it.
I'm not suggesting that home cinema doesn't have a space, it does, it really does, but for a film like Hamnet, where it's visceral performance, it's beauty, it's rawness, it's cinemotagraphy, it's sound needs to be held, needs to be touched.
