Event season is picking up, and so are the opportunities 👀
We’re growing our event staffers and looking for people who can jump in, stay flexible, and help bring events to life alongside our team.
If you want to be part of the fun you see here, work some pretty cool events, and make extra money this season, this is your chance.

We’ve worked on The Welcoming Center’s Solas Awards for years now, and it’s always special… but this year was something else.
A room full of people who didn’t just show up, but stood up (literally… there was a standing ovation). The space at the @franklininstitute fully transformed. Speeches and stories that inspired, while staying true to the values, mission, and impact the @welcomingcenter has on the community.
Solas isn’t just an event or an experience we work on, it makes TWC’s work possible. And for us, having the right partners makes all the difference. We spend so much time ahead of an event working side by side with our clients to get every detail and moment right.
In an industry where collaboration shapes so much, we’re lucky to work with partners like The Welcoming Center. It’s why we chose a photo of our project lead, Alex Freeman, alongside TWC’s Rebecca Rathje and Louise Bittout as our first photo here (huge shoutout to these three and the rest of the team who made this night a reality).
Incredibly proud of the 2026 Solas Awards, and excited for a very eventful May with more of our partners!

If you walked into Keystone House at @sxsw this past Saturday, you felt it.
The kind of energy that comes from people making real connections, sharing ideas, and ultimately staying longer than they planned. That doesn’t happen by accident. It’s intentional, and it’s been built over time (Can you believe it’s been 10 years of @amplifyphilly at #SXSW 🤯).
From @chillysphillys cheesesteaks to special PA performances and panels that sparked real conversation, the Keystone House created an EXPERIENCE… reflecting the community, talent, and growth happening across Pennsylvania.
Working alongside the Amplify Philly team (shoutout @micheemichee520@nikkipump@switchfitch ) to bring this year’s Keystone House to life was 🔥🔥🔥
Already looking forward to the next one.
You may find this girl running registration at the @amplifyphilly Keystone House 🤠
But reallly… if you’re at @sxsw you won’t want to miss today’s programming! Come by @halfstepbar to check it out (and say hi to our newest helper).
WG is growing ✨

About yesterday 🔥
The press preview for @artphilly2026 ’s What Now festival gave the community a glimpse into all the programming for the inaugural city-wide, multidisciplinary arts festival. We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes for months now and we’re taking the energy from yesterdays preview to fuel all that still needs to be done!
Check out the lineup and details on @artphilly2026 ’s website and start getting your tickets for this FIVE WEEK festival!
Connection and community are at the core of all of our work.
Not just during an event or in the marketing, but in the conversations before anything is created. In deciding what kind of engagement actually makes sense. In aligning goals with audience. In all of it.
Right now, everyone’s attention is pulled in a hundred directions. Choosing to engage is exactly that, a choice.
So when someone gives you their time or energy, it matters. And if you want them to come back, it has to feel worth it.
That doesn’t happen by accident. It happens with intention, strategy, and authenticity.
It’s the core of our work and guides every project we work on.
