One of the top questions I get during the inquiry process: have you worked at our venue before?
I'm always happy to answer that question, and there's a good chance we have, since we've coordinated at over 100 spaces across New England over the last nine years.
That said, we work at new (to us) venues most weekends and we love it. It keeps us energized and on our toes. We're never coordinating the same event twice. And we're a very quick study in learning the ropes at a new space.
So feel free to ask that question of your vendors, but just keep in mind that it's not the most critical element of the hiring process.
