GRANMOUN
Grown Man Style
Let’s talk health, Black men. The numbers don’t lie: too many of us are walking around with high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart issues… and later in life, it shows up as dementia when we don’t take care of our hearts and minds early.
I am 50 years old, Haitian born and raised, and I’m not chasing youth. I’m investing in longevity, clarity, and strength.
I had to relearn and rethink our relationship with food. Here’s one simple piece of the puzzle: purple foods. 💜
Grapes, eggplant, cabbage, berries…loaded with antioxidants that fight cell damage, protect your eyes, and keep your heart and brain sharp. While orange foods give you vitamin A and good for your eyes, purple foods help you age strong.
@coachfendy for real guidance on nutrition and fitness.
I’ll stay in my lane and talk about what I’m wearing from
@9tailors :
I’m wearing a 5-inch wide-lapel, double-breasted blazer in Black & White Prince of Wales with a blue overcheck wool by
@dugdalebrosandco , layered over a silk–cashmere dark teal handmade turtleneck, and paired with 100% wrinkle-resistant wool trousers by
@carnetfabrics .
Drop a 💜 if you’re on your grown man journey too.
