Hey Ghouls! So today I wanted to share something special. I was very lucky recently to be able to grab a ticket to Tobias’ Q&A and thought it would be a wasted opportunity if I didn’t take my camera along with me and after the 5 hour wait, I feel these photos were so worth it. Tobias was wonderful. He was so interesting but also gentle and humble and I could have listened to him speak for hours. How lucky are we that we get to listen to him sing whenever we want in our headphones? I especially enjoyed his little ‘hello!’ at the start as he sounded so like Copia 🥹 I took 30 photos in total (including a few of the mics used and my friends) but settled on 7 of Tobias, this being my absolute favourite of the day. That smile is everything. The way I work as a photographer is to try and get my image as perfect as possible in camera so I don’t have to spend a lot of time editing. However, every photographer is different and we all work in our own ways, I just find this to be the most effective to me. My dream is to eventually be able to photograph bands at concerts (especially Ghost and the tributes!) and I feel this is a little stepping stone to my goal 😍 @paulharries @reprievevision @adam_hampton_matthews @ryancphoto I’ll be there with you guys one day 📸 Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this photo of Tobes! 8 years ago today, Dance Macabre was released as the second single of Prequelle (my favourite album in existence) The photo shown here is a still from Rite Here Rite Now and it was one of my favourite songs to see not only on screen, but also performed live during the Skeletour. I love the tragic storytelling behind the lyrics to this song and how fragile and fleeting life can be, which was also the overall message of the album. Still tending to international business across the pond (someone has to stir up those Damn Yankees), Secondo sent his holographic avatar to @ghoulsball this past Sunday to join the papal quintet — as previously has been documented. There, he reunited with older brother Primo to discuss their nephew V, his post-tour holiday plans, and the looming Ghouvie festivities in August. Judging by their expressions, one might assume the conversation was … spirited. Still, let it never be forgotten: Primo and Secondo walked so that rascal V could run. Meeting of the Papas ❤️💚💛🩵💜 Our delightful clergy of Papas made a space to include our Secondo (who was tending to international clergy matters) at @ghoulsball because THIS is what the Ghost community is about. Thankyou so much to the incredible @vitadevoid for organising such a wonderful event, as always.
