Drilling for tennis service. We love this drill for various reasons :
You can make it continous and without impact on your joints, take care of your elbow 😉.
Teaches us to let the raquet drop before hitting the ball, feel the weight and accelerate at the end 🙂.
Also, this year I have set a goal to hit a 200 km/h service, I will be playing with some apps and bring some number soon to see where I am at.
I had not played tennis in years, only in my head while rolling ropes 🤣☺️
Have you tried RopeFlow with one of our 14 mm premium ropes 😮💨

It doesn’t take that long to get used to a heavy rope if you have a decent amount of standard rope flow experience.
There are many reasons to give heavy rope flow a try.
One of my faves: heavy ropes amplify EVERYTHING🔥 You’ll feel every missed beat, off kilter rope plane, incomplete turn, disconnected coils, missing foot contact, loss of pressure. And the rope moves slow, so you get a chance to feel and tweak everything on the fly. You know you got it right when then rope stops feeling so heavy and it mostly feels like a bulky standard rope.

BIGGEST ROPE FLOW
aka Shoulder Dislocation waiting to happen
Only 16.5 lbs (7.5 kgs) and yet, the most difficult thing I've flowed with so far ☠️ Oh right, its 2.75 inch / 7 cm in diameter 🤣
Well I'm ready to slay Dracula now. Thanks @windingrope for making me something absurdly unnecessary and unwieldy 🪢⚔️ #ropeflow #flowarts #bodybuilding #martialarts #castlevania
Getting back into heavy rope flow.
Feeling a bit rusty, but happy to restart this aspect of practice and get the rust out. Rolling a heavy rope from @windingrope
There are always some interesting lessons from heavy ropes. Looking for that gravity assist and how to get a free ride.

The rope teaches the body to redirect force instead of absorbing it.

GOOD FLOW Heavyweight Flow 🦍 🦍 🦍
Yesterday I was in Stuttgart for the workshop organized by @poseidonropes and was another great events where I had the opportunity to share a lot with all the great people I met!
Every single ropeflow event is an immense opportunity for everybody right now so I didn’t miss the chance to roll a beast I’ve never touch before!
Rolling the 3Kg Purple Gorilla by @windingrope was a blast!
When we are talking about dope ropes and HEAVY ropes you can’t skip these sea beast by Winding Ropes 💯
I didn’t have the chance to really practice with it, but we got in touch pretty soon and had a nice conversation 😊
Hope you like the clip and never miss the chance to explore and dive deep in your practice from day to day!
Big shout out to @fitbabaflows who brought a lot of amazing ropes and organized such a great flow weekend!
I’ll se you around 🌊

Let’s talk ropes 🎤⬇️
My hope in sharing this video is to widen our perspective and understanding when it comes to wear and tear of #flowropes .
If you are experiencing a rope that looks like this and you feel bad, I want to change your perspective from “it’s falling apart” to “it’s my badge of honor”.
Let’s start with the basics: your flow ropes aren’t forever. Yes they’re strong and durable, but they are consumables. This means the more you use it, the more wear and tear it’ll have.
Wear n tear tells your story. It signals “I’ve put in the reps” without ever having to say it.
There are ways to SLOW DOWN wear n tear , but we cannot completely avoid it UNLESS we completely avoid using it. Even if you never have the rope kiss the ground, there will still be wear n tear. There are many forms and combinations of this.
Next time you see your rope looking like this, I hope you take a selfie and save that picture. Tell yourself GOOD JOB for putting in the reps.
I’m so proud of you!
