GOOD FLOW x Italian TV 📺 🇮🇹
Last month i received a call by a girl asking me if I wanted to showcase my "evolutions with the rope" during a Tv Indentity Show. She found me on insta telling me she never saw this thing.
Had a blast! Since i started my journey i always kept it real with practice and 1% growth everyday...now i had my first solo showcase with a real audience on tv.
I'm super proud about it cause i really put a lot of pieces toghether to represent this life-changing practice as best as i could.
I'm not new about this kind of performances, but doing it with the rope was amazing! 🪢 🌊
Tv was not a goal for me, just something i was sure would happen. This is another step through the journey, Ropeflow is young, wild and free, so get ready cause it's just begun.
Best part of all was the exact moment when i had to perform and i just thought about how much i love to roll...and that's it, pure peace, focus and flow 🌊

Couple of days ago I went practice with a plan to develop some new ideas I’m working on… the plan just took its own turn and overwhelmed me with more new stuff!
I don’t really know how to deal with such a number of new concepts and rabbit holes to explore. On one side it’s a blessing, on the other one you gotta find the right space and time to have fun with everything.

GOOD FLOW BTB reverse mic catch 🎤 🌊 🌊 🌊
Practicing a lot lately but I’m feeling super lazy in posting 😂
But I had to share the joy of clicking with this new catch behind the back!
I was struggling on getting the right tuning to make this reverse mic release catch, but I randomly found the perfect understanding to finally landing in almost always!
From one of the hardest and less sure mics to maybe one of the easy and fav one!
I’m pretty sure a lot of it is due to a lot of different work behind the back I did in this last months, mics, floats, catches and drills.
Everything came together and gifted me with this!
Super happy to finally hit a full circle with my mics…it’s not over, but this makes me feel on point 🌊🌊🌊🌊

Had quick practice yesterday, not a proper one, but sometimes you just tune in good even with a few time rolling.
Took this one shot video and suddenly felt satisfied!
You never know if the feeling will match the results on video, but this time I’m so glad everything is matching and putting a smile on my face.
This ropeflow alignment I’m living these couple of months is really warming my heart and improving my practice.

Yesterday I was in Stuttgart for the workshop organized by @poseidonropes and was another great events where I had the opportunity to share a lot with all the great people I met!
Every single ropeflow event is an immense opportunity for everybody right now so I didn’t miss the chance to roll a beast I’ve never touch before!
Rolling the 3Kg Purple Gorilla by @windingrope was a blast!
When we are talking about dope ropes and HEAVY ropes you can’t skip these sea beast by Winding Ropes 💯
I didn’t have the chance to really practice with it, but we got in touch pretty soon and had a nice conversation 😊

Our very first Ropeflow Workshop with @goodflow_goodflow turned into so much more than just sessions — it was days full of flow, deep insights, personal stories, late-night rambling philosophy, new friendships and real connections.
We could have easily kept going for another 4 hours. Honestly.
But this is only the beginning 🙌🏻
There will be more Ropeflow workshops, meet us and events— because we truly believe flow makes everything better 🫶🏻

Let’s talk ropes 🎤⬇️
My hope in sharing this video is to widen our perspective and understanding when it comes to wear and tear of #flowropes .
If you are experiencing a rope that looks like this and you feel bad, I want to change your perspective from “it’s falling apart” to “it’s my badge of honor”.
Let’s start with the basics: your flow ropes aren’t forever. Yes they’re strong and durable, but they are consumables. This means the more you use it, the more wear and tear it’ll have.
Wear n tear tells your story. It signals “I’ve put in the reps” without ever having to say it.
There are ways to SLOW DOWN wear n tear , but we cannot completely avoid it UNLESS we completely avoid using it. Even if you never have the rope kiss the ground, there will still be wear n tear. There are many forms and combinations of this.
Next time you see your rope looking like this, I hope you take a selfie and save that picture. Tell yourself GOOD JOB for putting in the reps.
