PART 2 from the current resto, paint/bodywork, rust repairs, fiberglass work to make the kit fit perfect. all suspension is in and clean! Also tested the spare BMD wheels and looks beautiful!! now to get the rest of the parts painted, color sand/polish, assembly and glass @rpmoffroadgarage

Stoked to be part of another SEMA build this time with @bmerlots #naturalwondercivic 1985 civic 1500S restoration We kept the OG 2tone paint scheme from the 80’s only changing the red to a newer Honda color to formula red from NSX and a bunch of other details that I’m not gonna mention
@bmerlots & @supertwinz visioned this build years ago and finally it’s done! For us is to have fun and build memories! and what a way to debut at the @semashow@toyotires tread pass

96-98 CTR headlights resto.
Full disassemble for deep clean up, refreshed hardware, seals , housings and re-cleared lenses and sealed back to factory specs. This is probably the best way to bring used headlights to almost new condition 🔥

Exhaust was fully media blasted then took care of minor dents on muffler, aluminum tips were brushed and finished with cerakote
Restored badge finished in mugen formula gray.

Headlights were fully disassembled and metal brackets were media blasted and cerakoted. Headlight plastic housings were repaired in sections, lenses were re-cleared all hardware
cleaned up and new OEM warning decal. Enjoy!

Happy Monday! Some shots of the process that went on @rrobmarley DA, receiving a full factory color paint job, color sand and buff, matching jdm thin moldings and spoiler removal for a cleaner look, all trims & weather strip were refreshed in a satin black color and new set of JDM one piece headlights . Interior was fully gutted for clean up, every panel was touched up to make look new again in the factory color , dash replacement was also color matched in blue.
S2000 mugen seat rails were modified with a little fab work to fit the chassi with the mugen S1’s seats , sw36 steering wheel, formula shift knob, and mugen pedals gave the interior perfect touch!
Fender wells received a good clean up and new undercoating refreshing up brake calipers and fender liners. Engine bay also Received a nice clean up, adding new zinc plated hardware and addressing some wiring that was not needed, car came out beautiful! This DA has a really nice meaning of a high school build. 🔥🔥🏁🏁 ENJOY

Happy Friday! Here some before and after of the process to depower & resto in this RHD EG4 power steering rack, decided not to use any sort of plugs but welding shut ports and smoothing out tube to make it look like a regular non power steering rack, also went thru a full clean up and zinc plated hardware she came out nice! 🔥🔥 thank you @jay__smithers for trusting me with this project 🤘🏽

MOCKED UP Z10 Engineering Dry Sump for B Series setup I got from my old boss when I worked at AEM back in 2007. Same kit that went over 200mph at Bonneville. Had @willywerx modify the oil pan to make it work with a conventional header.
