At first I thought, “I don’t need to share this project, I didn’t do anything interesting” 😒
Not every song has to have the most innovative production techniques or insane synthesis to have feeling or be good!!
But also, @lilbadsnacks made the arp instrument I used, called Mermaid Arp, using all things Ableton stock, and it is innovative and cool! It enabled this ethereal, floating feeling, like a distant dream.

How I made the chords for Evergreen 🌲
Granulator III in @ableton , who would’ve guessed?
I drop the Key down to 0 for Transpose, and turn it up for Position, and played around with the other parameters!
Do you have a favorite setting/thing you do in Granulator?

@dylanb.mp3 and I produced this together after meeting in a producer challenge @dotmvsic put on.
I wrote the chords/swells/arp/vocals and he wrote the drums/bass/ear candy/cooked up the arrangement and mixed it!! It was so cool to work with such a talented producer!
